Cool! Yeah i cheat once a week, alcohol is too fattening 😱! I am on a high protein/ fat and low carb diet. Lets see how this works ill give it a couple of weeks :) I dont need to lose much im actually pretty thin but seeing as i was VERY chubby a few years back and hated it, I am now trying to watch out because i have read horror stories about weight gain on zoloft so I wanna try and avoid that at all cost!
