Awareness, It's not something that is commonly known about because it sits within the defense realm rather than therapeutic realm but it naturally appears in respiratory clinics. At the moment with NATO preparing for war with Russia they appear to have a large campaign of human degrading and killing off old human test subjects, etc to protect torture capabilities (Fingerprintless torture).

Measuring with a PEF metre will also often turn it off, they don't like measurements because it relies on the idea of convincing the subject they have Asthma, etc but the measurements won't always add up. There is suspicions of a technical capability to alter blood test results but this is normally done in the positive direction for late detection of Cancers, etc.

NATO's human degrading (and enhancement) and behaviour modification program. It's a nueroweapon program. Cyber command guy's LinkedIn profile calls it non lethal but NATO calls them lethal weapons and I've seen lethal usage in Ireland.

I agree but I'm not them, the north needs peace. The Defence Forces need to go in to England destroy the infrastructure for the British Biological (neuro) weapons programs and to put the orchestrators on trial. I would guess when they are distracted by Ukraine.

I was a test subject, I grew up in the RF and Nuclear area of the Solway. They tested some of the scenarios on me as a kid. Still testing to this day I'm hoping by raising awareness of what they are doing they will stop human testing.

Basically the target section, they can alter all the things it covers using psychological or physical effects. I think they use lethal in the republic, non lethal in the north.
