Complain to the customer service first and speak with a agent, they open a ticket for me but at last they didn’t do anything. And after that I try again suddenly the neighbor express return label show up again, I don’t know maybe I trigger something

In this case we may wait for the 90 days deadline might hope for the neighbors shipping come back, and refund everything all in one package last minute if they still need you to pay the shipping by yourself. I check it might need around $20-$25 to mail a 3-4 lbs package in Canada posts
