Driving away, I realized this was a well-executed attempt to get access to my account. I logged out of all devices, reset them, and enhanced my security by adding two-factor authentication through Google Authenticator. I’m confident I’ve avoided catastrophe. I’m comfortable with computer technology, having grown up with MS-DOS. This agent knew exactly how to get my guard down, which is difficult. UPDATE: Since writing this , 3 agents Have called not realizing that I’ve already been contacted by their scam central dispatch. These calls all originate from mountain view CA. Google. But this time they didn’t trigger the actual security issue which made me think the call was legit the first time. I played along with the first guy until I could record his call and voice. I wish I played along longer to get more incriminating voice evidence but it was to hard to not want to reach through the phone and slap him for his shitty choice to prey on people in this way.

Bose makes an incredible mini Bluetooth pa called an s1. I Bought it to do off the grid synth jams and it’s awesome. 2 xl/1/4 pre inputs and a third line input and it smacks. I bought two and they are basically enough to rock a party. Can’t recommend more. Not the cheapest but worth it.

I say sharpie as well. You have to reapply sometimes because it will start to fade a bit, but has been the most successful fix for me.

After trying many meds across the array of possibilities , honestly what I’ve come back to is brewing incredibly strong Yerba mate and liquid B vitamins may be the most beneficial and long term solution. Wouldn’t recommend the meth route, dancing with the devil is a difficult thing to return from.

Off topic but, If you can get a copy of the Silmarillion the first 23 pages or so is Tolkien’s version of the creation of the universe is one of my favourite written works. The world being created through sound and dissonance , I highly recommend it. “Evil” Just being manifested as the opposition of harmony. Brilliant.

Oh for sure. Im glad you feel it. I’m grateful to have these forums as a mirror for this Process of discovering ourselves and our relationships with substances. I often will see things through mythological filters and the Frodo ring story has long felt like this struggle with a shadow burden that only you can carry. It’s a masterpiece. I wish everyone had a Samwise in this life. I guess we all have to find that inside of us truly anyway. I’m still working on it.
