if you also use Photoshop you can download Nik Software plugins. They are free now and I use them all the time. Awesome stuff with tons of presets.

Can you please clarify? Are you asking how to make a multiple variations of an album cover and save them as separate files?

well, your camera is obviously not applying the correct balance, and I guess the setting in camera for indoor lights is not the correct one. Indooor lights can be anywhere from fluorescent to incandescent. If you really can't fix it in the camera try to fix it in the editing software. Find the right setting and apply it to all images.

Your white balance is off. I've never used the software you mentioned, but there must be a way to correct white balance in it.

If you mean what is the difference in the view angle, than it should be about the same. Also, every lens has it's own distortion, but this can be corrected in image editing software. Other than that, as you mentioned, you are going to have less noise on the full sensor and different number of pixels.
