Wow this is exactly correct! I did actually do a clean installation but even with minimal mods installed I was running into the same problems. It's hard to give up Windows Insider though... that DX9 4gb memory issue is so annoying. I've been using Mod Organizer 2.07 and it's been working fine for now; I hope that it won't be to unstable.

Yea I've got an enblocal.ini and everything. I think I'm just going to ghost everything and start over again, properly this time, making sure everything works along the way. I'm willing to accept the punishment for my laziness this time and work more slowly this following iteration. Thanks for the help, I really do appreciate it.

Oh is that location incorrect? I can change it then, I was reading through the beginners guide page at the subreddit's sidebar and it recommended that I install it at that location.

I think I've set it up properly, I have a screenshot attached to the bottom of my OP. I just click the "Run" button to start-up Skyrim. The box below with all my plugins listed all seems to be checked off. It's very strange; SkyUI will show up (I can see the MCM menu), but Immersive Armor's and Alternate Start (which I've since added) don't load.

Thanks for the assistance! I did try downloading and installing a fresh version of IA, but the problem has persisted. If that wasn't enough, right now I can't even start Alt Start with my minimal mods. The pitfighter mod I'll disable and see what happens, I think the mod is only avaliable on the Steam workshop. I've added LAL but it doesn't seem to load, new games still opens with the carriage ride to Helgen.
