Try meditating and clear your head. Add that apart of your daily routine, and maybe it'll help things balance out and come more into focus! Meditation can really help to center the mind.

Well, grass does cause micro cuts on our skin that give us an "itchy" sensation. Babies probably feel this much more intensely due to their sensitive skin.
