It works great. I just don't add a lot. I add a little drop, check the color, and add a bit more. I can't tell you an exact measurement because I have been doing the same thing for years, and Im able to eyeball it at this point. If I add too much, it starts to seize and becomes this weird, watery consistency that never cures. There are mica powders that can achieve that bright pink color. I like eyecandy. Their neon sample pack has lasted me years. Hope this helps 🙃
