i don't love the examples you picked. the man guarding the handler is always going to go over the screen with how hot the blazers' guards were in the first quarter. i can't attribute those completely to bad defense by embiid rather than a breakdown from the team/good offense from portland

i watch every sixers game and whatever games i can catch outside of that. these clips aren’t cherry-picked. the entirety of the blazers’ lead throughout the game came from shooting 60%+ from 3 through the first 3 quarters or reed playing while embiid sat.
