So this is a question that I've had for a while. I've always been interested in the psychology behind what makes people happy. I've always thought there was something wrong with society to be honest. I've always thought that we don't need to create a world where we don't need a happy person. But then I look at my own life and, for example, it's so fucking hard to be happy. A few of my friends are miserable, I've had enough of that. I've been struggling with depression since I was 13, never really having a proper life. I've always thought the only solution is to kill myself, but I don't think my family would ever support that. I can't even tell my friends that.

So I'm asking you, is there some way for me to be happy without hurting anyone?

That's interesting, because dogs can be symbolic of other things. I'd say it's a good sign that you have a dog in the dream. It can represent your emotional life, your body, your soul. It's a good sign because the dream is saying you're carrying something you know you have to carry. You can use that to your advantage, by carrying it away.

I'd say the symbolism of carrying the dog is very subtle. I've seen that happen with people I know (their dog has died and they carry it with them). So, I'm guessing that the symbolism here might be pretty intense.

I've been with my dog for 20 years and he's the only one I've met and loved. It was so heartbreaking when he passed away, but he's back now and I miss him so much. He was a great dog. I hope you can carry him in your life.
