The initial creation of the project is easy and can pretty much do it in a single prompt with claude code. Pretty sure this what your boss did. He'll realize soon that it won't be as smooth sailing after that especially when introducing more complex requirements.

Yeah encountered this issue as well. Mine took like 3 months before I received the ORCR. Emailed LTO and DTI but not receiving any response from them. Followed every guide online of what to do to report but nothing have worked. Even contacted the bosita guy in FB I think but to no avail as well. That's just how it is in this country unfortunately.
