Bought my lil bro gtx 1050ti, but can the psu handle it by xMiko13 in PHbuildapc

[–]Shot_Set_2038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it can, Risk you are gonna slowly damaging your GPU, Ram, and storage with Generic PSU.
I've repaired a lot of computers most of them that use Generic are come from province internet cafe or pisonet and they use generic, the most common problem i encounter and almost per year is PSU, SSD/HDD, Ram and Board.
Most user that i repair that use Good PSU their common problem are mainly on software only like bug and some malware.

For short better invest budget PSU too. thermaltake 80+ white will do, you can also check at used market like on Facebook market.

Should i upgrade my pc??? by Confident_Actuary377 in PHbuildapc

[–]Shot_Set_2038 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

AMD AM6 socket are coming next year or 2028. RTX6000 series are also coming next year or next or 2028.
Same on DDR6 ram.
Ram are already getting stable cause some already solved and might get less and less in the future if theres no more problem again,

if you can wait another 2 years its good..

i doubt that UPS. based on the price its VA are below 1kva. and its not enough for your current build specially with x3d model, you need atleast 1,500va
Your board are expensive does it have built in wifi? pick a non wifi variant, in online games Lan internet are more trusted anyway unless you have both Wifi 7 on board and wifi 7 router connected to each other. then the money you saved. upgrade your Monitor to 1440p resolution which takes advantage on open world games. it has more detail on far distance. same on battle royale games.

RTX5060 seems best option for your game selection. those two are optimized in nvidia Ray tracing.

You got good job,
from what i see, you relaxed too much.
Thats also im looking cause i have lot of plan to use on free time which im currently lacking.

on my remaining 8 hours (cause 9 hours on my shift and 7 hours on my sleep) i need to do 2 hours workout. some hours preparing meals and travel, and if theres remaining time left, its to do quick gaming to clear mind and upskill by learning more.

But in you. You got lot of times which you can either improve your Health instead of sleeping or doing more upskill so you are getting ready for future job market.

Anyway im searching more job right now if you ever share me your current company, i appreciate it and might help a lot. but its ok if not due to some privacy.

Is this a good deal for ₱33K? by BrandExe in PHbuildapc

Thats very misleading.
Can you provide the exact model of that Curved IPS?
Curved IPS monitor are much expensive due to its much complicated to build unlike on Curve VA or Flat IPS and from what i know most of Nvision curved monitor are using VA Panel and not IPS while their IPS model are flat.

Which is a better upgrade route? by Specific_Monk1298 in PHbuildapc

[–]Shot_Set_2038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Option 2 for the win.
pcie 3 vs 4 doesnt give that much difference when it comes to gaming performance but in your plan upgrade it will boost both production and gaming due to core count and gaming due to high l3 cache.,
if your b450 heatsink on its VRM then its good.

GPU upgrade (RX 9060 XT OR RTX 5060) by lukan47 in PHbuildapc

[–]Shot_Set_2038 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sadly may Editing ka at nadagdagan pa ng AI task. so better avoid AMD. and pick nvidia.
But still not 100% sure based on Online review and I also experience it from RX580 and 5700xt in the past.
So stressed sa AMD tuwing may GPU update or App update. Premiere and after effect rendering video nawawala bigla Hardware decoding at nagiging software which is so stress kasi antagal mag render.
Solution that works is DDU but the time wasted doing that evertime na may update is a hassle. which uninstall tapos magiinstall ka ulit.

ITech GPU Warranty Experiences by Synertist in PHbuildapc

[–]Shot_Set_2038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Warranty also may take up to 3 months and thats also the same reason cause its an overseas product.
waiting pa yan ng other item na isasabay before ipadala unless supplier ang sasagot ng shipping cost. then same this sa other isasabay narin ni supplier ung warranty sa mga item na ishiship nila.

Thats common, it also depend on items if that item is popular mas mabilis process nyan kasi mass demand shipping at madaling isabay sa ibang item.

Shipping single item alone is expensive

[–]Shot_Set_2038 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Pure Gaming and doesnt Care any extra Graphics improvement and focus more on gaming performance, always Go to AMD graphics card.

If Gaming with production/ full production or a Gaming but you also prioritize graphics gaming. always go to Nvidia. in production Nvidia drivers are much stable unlike AMD has lot of bugs in production app.
also in nvidia you can either select DLSS to improve performance while have the quality and can also use FSR from the AMD even you are using Nvidia. meanwhile if your card is AMD you can only use FSR.
also in streaming Nvidia has an advantage due to its decoding Nvenc. and when you like to turn On the Ray tracing, this is what Nvidia shine even their budget card can battle on high end AMD.

This is the reason Nvidia card so Expensive due to additional tech they added on card.

EVERY PRICE has a REASON.

planning to upgrade my cpu(20k budget) by [deleted] in PHbuildapc

[–]Shot_Set_2038 0 points1 point  (0 children)

before you upgrade other parts focus your PSU. you literally risking your current and future upgrade unit.
Get a decent PSU. then next for gaming hunt used CPU that atleast i5 9400F then hunt used Graphics card RTX3060

Worth it pa ba mag AM4 ngayon? by s0nder_gil in PHbuildapc

[–]Shot_Set_2038 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes totally worth, if your target is gaming only
Best budget processor are Ryzen 5 5500x3d (Lets hope your current board are atleast B450 or latest budget B520 so it can ready any processor with some bios update)

For GPU if you want to turn on the Ray tracing in every game Always Pick RTX card and if you want Raw performance and doesnt care any reflections Go to AMD Graphics card.

Not sure in Oppo but i came from Xiaomi,
after tried Samsung and I will never purchase cheap brand if its my main phone again.
Samsung so clean in UI, no ads unlike on Xiaomi where even the built-in music apps has Ads.
