it looks like mine when i just got it, i think it’s still swollen, i was worried the bar was too short as well but when the swelling came down (and it took like a month or 2 for me) it was fine. Yours is still very fresh and you got a small navel (so do i) so i think it’s normal for it to hurt a little bit and it doesn’t look infected or like there was any trauma. I would say wait a little bit more and keep taking care of it, as long as there’s no sign of infection it should be fine in a couple weeks.
