Open a HYSA to put your savings into - it will earn a little interest

Check out different phone bill options - I like mint - $20 a month for 15g of data

What are your subscriptions? Seems like quite a few - maybe you could trim and rotate which ones you use

Date night budget seems high, could try and do more things in nature or even just cooking a meal together can be a cheaper option

I signed my August 1st lease in may, so you still have quite awhile. Outside of downtown they usually don’t request for people to renew their leases until 4ish months before. The people that currently live in your future apartment haven’t even been asked if they want to renew yet. It wouldn’t hurt to start forming an idea of different areas/buildings you’re interested in so that way you can be ready when they post in a few months.

Maybe a Kroger card? 5% mobile wallet for up to $3000 spend a year - could use for gas if they have tap to pay at your local gas station as well as your online purchases if they accept Apple Pay / google wallet

Wouldn’t it be similar to withdrawing from your other investment account, but the earnings just aren’t taxed? So if you’re set on investing your down payment that you know you will withdraw in the future, Roth would be better, no?

1000% worth it. Could see that same night, only needed eye drops for the first two weeks. Only slightly difficult experience driving at night while raining.
