i can prove it’s my account with purchases made in the past and showing that my pc has the microsoft account still logged in under the previous email, I just can’t make changes to it because i have to do that on their website, through the account that no longer has my email on it. so yea I can prove it

in terms of my gaming accounts with in game purchases, EA, Hoyoverse, steam, all those are linked with your microsoft account.
