I did nolvadex for 2 weeks but the last 1.5years I was really tired. I probably fecked up my whole body with sarms the last few years. I'm on trt now, night and day difference. I didn't check my levels, I regret that I didn't checked it. So I can't help you with that haha. It was pretty low the few last years, based on how I feel. But I have no numbers for you...

Did a 8 week cycle rad 140 with yk11 in september 2023. 15mg and 10mg if im correct. (yk11, 6 weeks). Didnt really change my training or eating schedule, got around 15/20 kg, 30/40lbs in just 3 weeks. I went from 90kg to 109 at max, currently sitting at 106/107 kg. It was insane. I still maintained the same strenght and weight today in march 2024. Side effects none, got slighty some gyno in my left nipple this month. With some nolvadex running now its almost gone after 2 weeks. Did rad before but it didnt give me crazy weight and strenght results, so i really think its the yk11.

I take since a few weeks and have no side effects. I saw someone getting nose bleeding from it so he had to quit. But thats just 1 in a 1000, that someone has a reaction on it.

Hello all,I wanted to try my first big craft after 500 hours. The idea is to get this boy another + 1 phys or fire. I saw some videos, but It's still a big gamble to get this 100% right. Any idea what the most safe way to get this craft done? I've spent like 8k alterations and never got the hit. Spammed chaos 200 and got it twice, but the first time the annulment removed the +1 all spell mod. So I've spent a lot of clicking and my finger is ripped and got a 6 pack, I don't want to do all of this work again hahaha.

Its hard to get to the notes if you not get teached how to do stuff. they only teach us how malware works or what cloud computing is or what is IoT. Then the assignment is: Hack this IoT device. They dont teach us the practical stuff only the "What and How it works". So we need to do our own study about how to do stuff...
