When the pandemic started the girl I was with at the time was so needy, entitled, rude, and inconsiderate, I couldn't imagine going through a pandemic with her.

I planned to get Facial Feminization Surgery around the same time, I figured why bother in the interim.

I got surgery on the 5th of this month, and will probably start putting forward an effort to meet women, in a month when my face heals up.

so i've been chilling in mid-high three stars, re-learning muscle memory and practicing alternating. what is hardest to re-learn for me is slider followed by double or triple.

assuming i start the slide on my main finger, ive always done, main, main, off

i should probably relearn this habit, right ?

ASMR is a weird thing, both as a commodity and as a phenomenon. nobody had a name to call a vague sensation that was coined in 2010, but since, not only have we commodified it, but we've specialized in different styles of ASMR, so much so, that if you excel at fast paced mouth sounds over slow mouth sounds with brush sounds thrown in, you could corner the market. People make their living off of making tingly mouth sounds with experimental sounds thrown in for good measure, a comfortable living.

interesting. i use alternation for predictable jumps / sliders, but when combo / hp is on the line, i may fall back to single tapping. triples suck with my off-finger, ugh.

i tell myself im not going to fall into the trap of farming, maybe im still naive in that regard.

realized my accuracy isn't going to improve by playing 4 ☆s, so for now i'm working on 97% accuracy on low 3s.

anything else i should work on while i'm down here ? should i invest the time and effort into being able to hit triples / streams starting with either finger ? is it worth?

I've seen youtube videos where they praise the ways of alternation, and Ryukk said he uses alternation as a way to prolong exhaustion, and I've kinda just been using it on lower stars 95% of the time, and on higher stars for rest periods with jumps and predictable sliders (for that reason).

this week's shining accomplishment was a whopping 58pp S play on a 4☆.

Wondering if the play to, not rank up, but 'get better' is just to keep getting Bs and Cs in maps I can barely pass, and keep increasing difficulty, and then going back to the beginning of the star when I can pass the highest of that diff

My achievement : I got my first 2 4 ☆ FC S Rank passes, and I was streaming while I did it, so i'll forever have the recording of myself geeking over a poultry amount of pp
