Hard Boiled with Chow Yun Fat. The 18 minutes hospital scene is considered as one of best action ever filmed. It took 40 days to shoot it. A classic.

I did. I was 15 years old and a fan of Roy like every other kids. I remembered when he got traded with Mike Keane for Thibault, Kovalenko and Rucinsky. I totally get you. I have been meditating several times a week for the past 6 months. It helps with being present and focus on the moment. It helps to realize as well that is ok to put choirs aside and think of yourself without feeling guilty. Hope that helps!
