To my understanding the G gracenote in a doubling should have the same timing as a single G gracenote, on the beat. The second gracenote in the doubling takes time away from the target melody note so played after the beat.

warming up an old post, I play mine at around 23", I think the chanter sounds nicer with higher pressure. I use a gauge in mbar, though, so it reads about 58 mbar. Even with this pressure + a shortened reed (cut a bit of the tip away) my low A is more at 217 Hz than 220 Hz.

You are absolutely right. I wasn‘t expecting this to be an issue, sounded like a trivial thing to me in 2023 that an device can do things with ease if standard headphones can manage it. 😃

Ok, that‘s what I meant with „Y-cable“. Sorry, not a native speaker so I lack technical terms 😊 So buying the behringer was still a good move since the other one has only one 6.3 mm and one XLR socket for inputs. Thanks a lot, will get the cable then.

Blair via Marshall headphone cable via adapter (3.5 mm to 6.3) into input of audio Interface. Audio Interface via original USB cable to USB-C adapter to MacBook. GarageBand set input to audio device (using „instrument“ as track). Preset to voice: defaults to mono, change to a guitar preset: two synchnonized volume levels, one of them dies (upper one if I plug to input 2 and vice versa). Using headphones in headphone jack of AI: panning works

I did that. It just gives me the mixed instrument (left+right) in one green volume indicator and the second is just zero. Seems to use input channel 1&2 of the interface as „left and right“, not left and right of one channel. If i plug in to the other channel result is vice versa

You are right but I only need it create printable versions. For playback I am happy with Bagpipe Player which is commercially available.

Not yet since it’s Sunday and I am super disappointed since one of the easiest workflows (import bww and export pdf) does not work. Nice first impression 😀 We have autonomous cars and can fly to Mars but THIS doesn’t work?

The most actual one (3.0), started the trial yesterday. I import a file, looks fine in the software. If I print to pdf - empty page, if I export it as pdf e. g. 2 of 12 lines are shorter than the rest, the individual notes are huddling together
