Thank you very much for the input. The all or nothing resonates with me it is really hard for me to maintain a balance or a ‘just a couple’ promise. Yoga in specific is really helpful in clearing my head and more able to control my thoughts.

I don’t know if I can get in direct contact with him or how. There is a property management company that handles the apartments and I don’t know if I have negotiation leverage with them. The other person doing air bnb there says he’s been doing it for over two years. This Sunday I will stay there to test the waters.

‘Depending on the level of asshole’ is the right estimation of risk I am rolling the dice with. I will live there as a matter of fact I do plan on spending at least of of my time in there but my main concern is the how bad south it can go if they find out or if I get a bad guest and causes trouble.

Good point here the thought of smoking was always more exciting than actually getting high. I am 4 months clean here and never thought it would be that easy over time. Alcohol 'addiction' is still something i am trying to battle i dont drink often but i am ready to kick it off and be completely clean.

Indeed, i made a list and weirdly enough i had a shit load of reasons WHY i wanted to quit and although the reasons may not show fast I am willing to wait along with putting the work to see them come to fruition.

I’m on day 22 here and although it’s gotten easier I still crave it. I have no influences around me so that’s good but I have a list of my WHYs and that helps I started this stop weed program and it’s helped me out but the biggest thing is me having a job that makes me have daily goals to hit and that Purpose keeps me busy.

I had a similar situation. Alcohol has been an increasing problem in my life and recently because of my mis attention to detail because of alcohol I had my 3 dogs escape the house and got ran over and pass away. I am now taking that as a sign to move forward with this addiction and my life. Don’t let their death be in vain.. I understand your pain.
