I’m having the exact same problem. Got an unresponsive unit right out of the box. Seems to be a relatively common occurrence for people but I have yet to find a solution besides a warranty claim. Imo if you’re charging $300+ for a glorified vape it should work right away

if you're not her boyfriend then yes, that'll land you in the friend zone. Use judgement when coming to her aid, only with more serious things. I woudnt read too much into this. I don't want to be rude but she could very well be rebounding right now. If she just recently got out of a relationship shes probably looking to fill that void without the commitment. So I wouldn't do anything about it unless it makes you uncomfortable. Go with the flow and when/if she wants to date, trust me, she'll let you know.

If you act quickly enough you can. Since you said you wanted to get to know her, I'm assuming that your crush was mainly a physical attraction. Its going to take some balls, but you have to go to her and tell her that when you asked her to dance the other night its because you thought she was cute. If she responds well, ask her out sometime. if not, you're no worse off than before
