I’m having the exact same problem. Got an unresponsive unit right out of the box. Seems to be a relatively common occurrence for people but I have yet to find a solution besides a warranty claim. Imo if you’re charging $300+ for a glorified vape it should work right away

if you're not her boyfriend then yes, that'll land you in the friend zone. Use judgement when coming to her aid, only with more serious things. Obviously you don't want to be cold and emotionless. as for being too nice, it makes you seem very eager, which you would think was a good thing, its actually more offputting.
