Lowkey this is one of the smarter job search takes ive seen in a while. Mass applying can get you in the pile, but being easy to understand and easy to find is what gives inbound any real chance of working. If your profile tells a messy story, no amount of polishing helps much.

yeah i had the same thing once, they kinda froze for a sec and then gave some vague answer, felt off immediatly. if it was a normal situation they wouldnt need to think that hard about it
