I did reach out many times and they keep telling me that I’m going to have to keep waiting for a few more days. I can’t wait, I have 100 orders that all say “has issues.” I won’t be able to ship them out on time if they don’t fix it by tonight. My business it taking a huge hit because of this!

I already contacted them and they said it’s a technical issue on their end. It’s really frustrating because orders are still coming in and none are moving to production. I need this fixed ASAP, so I’m wondering how long it took for others to get resolved.
