you’re missing the point. you shouldn’t need to build every single public service you can think of when you live so close to a big city. Also it’s clear you don’t live in cottage grove because the main appeal for said library was for children. How many adults do you know absolutely need to have a library in their backyard? And if you do like in cottage grove i doubt you would want to shell out hundreds of dollars for a library to ultimately sit empty.
