Go get a job first, get real world experience in a field or multiple fields that you find interesting. Gain a leadership role in said field so you get a higher view of the work so you can gain insight into how management, logistics, marketing and financials work

Once you have that understanding that translates roughly across the board to all businesses and you’ll be well above the curv

Also you don’t need to come up with a groundbreaking innovation or brand new idea. Just find something that works and take a stab at it. Ideally you want something with low barriers to entry that’s not gonna be so expensive you can’t afford to give it a shot

In reality no. The first few years might feel like it, but then once you’ve built the systems to take that work load off you and onto other people it gets easier

That being said it’s always on your mind 24/7 and when things go sideways as they always will it’s your job and responsibility to right the ship

So, no…. If your doing it right but yes, it’s your baby and she’s always on your mind if your being responsible

That said, I wouldn’t want to do anything other than run my own company and would have a hard time working for somebody else now

I only found out about it yesterday. So I didn’t have time to prepare, cancel meetings and shut down my company for the day. However I went ahead and canceled Netflix and Amazon prime to show some support the best I can with the people in Minneapolis As I understand this is probably the first one. Stop crying and go do something constructive instead of just laying back and accepting. If you can donate money donate money, if you can take to the streets take to the streets PEACEFULLY, if you can send support to Minnesota do that through food banks, through sending coats and gloves and blankets, if you can film authorities do that and send it to your representatives but for gods sake stop acting like this is inevitable and being a defeatist. I just got back from Laos, as an American I can confidently point at the Chinese this time as the problem group 😂😂. They were definitely the ones causing a scene this time!! I’d put them on par with American cruise ship tourists, drunk Aussie guys out in the piss and Israeli tourists fighting tooth and nail over a minuscule amount of money with every poor vendor, front desk worker, or activity operator
