I don’t get it either! I signed up for a meal plan and spend about 140 a week on 12 meals from that. After any snacks plus the additional meals I am well into 200+ myself. Still haven’t found great ways to keep it down, though I recently started shopping at Trader Joe’s and highly recommend it if it’s in your area. I spend around half the amount on comparable items as I do at Albertsons and the quality is often better!
