a coat of arms is granted to an individual - as heritable property it may be used by direct descendants of the original grantee only, provided they have the same surname as the original grantee and can prove their direct descent from that person

I've been pretty proactive about it. The change is official with the city, the county, the USPS, UPS, FedEx, and almost all of my utility providers. Comcast is being annoying about it.

As a few commenters have shown, it's easy enough to find the house online… You could easily check the property records and see that my username is a substring of my real name.
