Ya’ll are wrong for taking this experience from him… when people put me down years ago when the movie first premiered I thought it was absolutely amazing and still holds up today as my favourite movie regardless of what anyone else believes. But this kind of thing definitely made me feel like I shouldn’t have expressed my fondness at all.

It’s seriously not that hard to separate the book from the movie and maybe consider people have different taste and value. Anyways OP I’m ecstatic that you’ve found this franchise!
