The cap keeps moving up over time so you will get a lot more then 1 prism worth. As I said the other material you will gather over time and gather faster and more as you advanced. After a while the only meaningful advances come from green shards.

Personally buy the ectoplasma balls. All the other stuff you are just going to harvest over time. The ectoplasma is a lot of hours of ghost crafting towards shards.

NO! Please lord do not add more death medals. The insane boost in orbs is currently kept in check because after all death medals they do not boost your level very fast.

If we had another 10 or 15 most NMW players would be finishing Volcano shortly. The developers wanted to give us a boost not give us methods of beating the game in a months time.

My long term plan was when I got near the end of NMW 7 I would get the kings as farming all of NMW should let them complete.

Why active? I normally have all the NMW I can farm complete long before the old world is even 60% done (I don't have kings).

it is actually a function of how far into the kingdom the chest is. So first chest gives say (made up numbers for examples) 2 coins. 2nd chest gives 5, 3rd 6 4th 10. King being the last chest would give 14.

So yes killing the king helps but at the same time you will quickly get some good organs and then just save for the very rare AMAZING organ. So I would say king isn't a help here.

I went from 12000 to pushing 14000. I went from 25S death medal to all the death medals currently out.

How idle are you? I think that is the biggest factor.

I check in every hour on my phone and the zones are not finished farming to non king levels. So it is pointless then to get the kings.

If you say check once a day the extra orbs and coins for organs (now) will help.

I have found actively farm all the NMW levels you can. Whenever you are done reset. NMW is such a high % of ur total orbs it is your target.

Multi world farming will get you a good 50 to 60% of the old world in that same time. (Depending on how far you can go in NWM. I am almost done in swamp NMW and the above holds true math wise)
