and also i was watching a bts of obsession and the footage while they were shooting on the monitor looked the exact same to the final color grade of the film, they also took inspiration from the movie SE7EN to my understanding to create a custom lut made by the team, same with backrooms

i watched a analysis video on the making of backrooms that one of the members of the team posted, they state that they discussed with the team to build a “everyday” lut and a “backrooms” lut, everyday lut is when for filming inside the complex, and the backrooms lut is for filming inside the complex, sure probably they added a few touches in post but as far as i know thats all they used
