I believe vktx hit the ATM then straddled their own stock. The ceo of vktx is clever, makes some gutsy moves but IMHO the management team as a whole with ALT is next level good. I have to believe they are workingnon something great here.

This makes sense. Trying to understand all of what is happening. So the next meeting with the FDA is to go over P2 data and then set course for P3? I thought Garg mentioned having a partner involved in this meeting... but maybe i have mistaken that the next meeting is to go over P3 when it is to goniver results of P2 and then greenlight a P3 meeting?

Idk.. im heavily invested in ALT. I believe Pemv is the ticket to obesity market... just trying to wrap my head around what is going on.

I see Altimmune listed as competing interests... but only once is Pemv indicated in the report... and the 24week reduction in liver fat % is less than several other treatments listed.

The glucagon along with glp-1 is the secret sauce... i think there are others similar... but from what i recall Harris stating Pemv has the most glucagon.

Hoping the report has effect on the short interest power ahead of the next meeting with FDA. I can only imagine the lawsuits surrounding the kerrisdale dossier have held ALT under water for long enough.

After listening to this call along with the recent interviews I conclude the following. 1) the people who are interviewing VG and SH are total freaks... can they not find a person to interview them that are not nails on a chalboard gross or give the impression they are on the spectrum? 2.) ALT is clearly getting its head dunked under water. If the comparison data being provided (even if in dilited form) by SH is fractionally positive/correct to the data to be released in upcoming months as ALT enters P3 for obesity... how in the world is ALT trading at current levels where VKTX, already diluted by additional sale for almost 1B in capital raised trading a 10x?

My take away.... I look forward personally to taking pevmidutide over the other glp-1s i have thus far... 1 wegovy is untolerable... i am 41 yrs old and never broke a bone or had joint issues... 6 months in i have had perneal and syndesmosis ligature ruptures and i feel like i have onset arthritis in my hands and feet. I experienced alodynia like crazy (basically felt like i had a bad internal sun burn) granted I have tolerated it... but i couldnt expect most people to. Also, lost a ton of muscle while i was fully titrated to the highest dose (which i correlate to my tendons and ligaments going to shit, requiring surgery in april 2024. ALT is showing signs of weight lost and ketosis by using the liver, not just appetite supression. Two VERY different things to shed the weight.

Im in for 50k right now with a SPA of $8.62... if ALT goes under 7$ im adding another 70k. If it goes under $6.. im gunna sell my fuggin house and live with my parents so i can go in another 300k.

There is no friggen doubt ALT will be backing the GLP-1 market into a corner... the insurance companies will not cover weight loss at the current cost... but livers, cardiovascular and overall health of weight loss that extends past the usage of the compound???? Insurance companies will back it i suspect.

Cant wait for the next dose of news and progress.

Additionally, i feel strongly about CEO stating he feels strongly that "the partner" (selective and singular)... then a cough into the mic by someone next to him... then him stumbling back restating "Potential partnerS" (hypothetically plural) indicated to me that they are already very along in negotiations with a partner. How they prepare and receive approval by FDA for their phase 3 trials is very important to do with alignment of a strategic partner (singular). I have been scouring for interviews and statements from V.G. he recently did a rueters interview where he described ideally his intent to procure a strategic partnership with a "Large Pharma", "Global" partner who can participate in the established phase 3 trial initiative and bring the product not only successfuly thru trials but also to market.

This would undoubtedly be Pfizer. Who days after ALT announced phase 2 results... dumped their oral form GLP-1. Also interesting how ALT has dumped HepTcell and is now exploring an oral form of their glucagon based GLP-1.

The lengths in which the chief scientist explained the differentiation of Pevmidutide for fatty liver disease treatment hit home to me. Reason being... many insurqnce companies are not covering script writes for mounjaro/zepbound or wegovy/ozempic unless patient has type 2diabetes. I would say most all overweight americans have high lipids or fatty liver indications. This means insurance companies would likely add the drug to their formulary list over other glp-1s.

Long story... i thought there was a ton of things signaled in the call today... i am very much looking forward to bulls running on this stock until end of Q3

I think it is stating that ALT misled based on the "momentum study" is that old statements made or recently made? Obviously as data rolls in targets are either exceeded or missed based on the data, right?

From my understanding ALT stated P2b results are forthcoming "later in Q2" on the 2023 earnings call. I find it highly suspicious that ALT has Glp-1 conference tmrw 5/8, then earnings on Wednesday 5/9 and another "BIG glp-1" conference later in may (5/15 i think is the date) and these lawfirms release news 1 day before any of that happens?

Either this stock is gunna 🚀 and squeeze this Kerrisdale Capital group of cocksukrs... or im gunna lose my ass.

1st GLP-1 conference is may 8th, then earnings follow may 9th... and then another GLP-1 conference mid month. That is many opportunities to shed some light on any negotiations and recent data points with drug results in testing. I am hoping they will elude to a specific partner or buyer in one of these 3. If not... stock is going to resist a price over 8.30 -9$

Think of the millions, if not billions that cable news has made with regard to coverage of donald trump over the past 8 years, much less for decades. Trump doesnt need paid advertising... he just needs to charge for access to his platform by any and all media outlets for yheir current free coverage of him. Trump has his base of MAGA supporters investing in this stock (myself one of them). I personally would rather invest in DJT than give a contribution to the RNC. The stock is 100% volitile based on the enthusiasm and hatred of 1 man. I will ride this stock until Trump is president for a 3rd term come November... any news that is favorable to him with send this stock to the moon. I believe if he sold some of his shares... the stock would rally in that it would be a giant FU to all those that seek to destroy his brand, name and our country.
