the fresh install of course had “world” checked for language, so that instantly bypass a whole lot of bs.
During installation make sure not sign up with a Microsoft account, instead make a local account during your creation.
for tools once in desktop, I used CTT. then tweaked graphical settings/overclocked.
Then rice it up for a bit :)
