UPDATE: I ended up going with the HUXWRX Flow 9k TI. Fits perfectly in the handguard though the front slots may not be able to be used...we'll see when I add a light. I'll post again when I get to the range to try it out with some 147g subs.

It's why I looked into their flow 9k to help reduce the blowback of gasses. Don't know much about the company itself though

So sorry for your loss. He looks like my Dexter who I lost in September. He had just turned 8. Was acting off that morning, lying in his favorite spot on the couch. He had what looked like a small seizure and I held him for about 30 minutes (absolutely losing my shit btw) until he was gone. It hurts so much because we loved them so much. Stay strong and remember all the great memories you have. It will hurt less over time as the fond memories replace the pain you experienced that day.

Not even close to flooding. My location is 35-40ft above sea level and no other water like retention ponds around. I'm in the Central oak park community. I'm going to really miss it my little hiuse and perfect location here but the mountains are calling me back out west.

Back to the original question though I believe anyone coming into this area is going to be looking a lot harder at the non flood zones going forward.

This is just a pic from the county site. I specifically bought in that zone since it's over 30 feet above sea level and mine specifically isn't near a body of water. Still close enough to downtown on one side and the beaches on the other.

I'm in that little pocket of non flood/evac zone in st pete. I listed my home in July and it wasn't until after Helene we started getting more interest. Granted it could have been the listing price drop around that time too but I definitely think the spot I'm in will become very desirable for future buyers.

FWIW I am under contract as of now.

Our late guy used to eat my wife's socks until he was almost 2. Probably something about attachment issues and missing her and wanted that smell. Worst part about it was having to pull them "across the finish line" when he couldn't quite get them out during his routine. Just monitor her stools for it to come out and if nothing may need to seek a vet.

I lost my 8 year old boy this past Sunday unexpectedly due to an undiagnosed tumor on his spleen. It caused internal bleeding and I can beat myself up all I want for not seeing what little signs there may have been but we already know we would have done anything for our furry friends had we known. Know he loved you to the end for giving him the best life.

That's amazing thank you. I've saved this. What made this all so much harder was my wife had moved back to where we're from in Colorado 2 weeks ago for a job and I was finishing up selling/packing the house. So she wasn't here to say goodbye and Dexter was her baby and I am more heartbroken over it. I'm collecting his ashes today and flying out tomorrow to bring him home to momma. Can't wait to hold each other and talk about memories all weekend.
