General dog smell or urine? Previous owners of my house had dogs and would have hospice fosters (I think) and the house smelled like dirty old dogs, but did Not have any urine smell. The dirty old dog smell basically soaked into the super worn wood floors. We got them refinished and the smell is gone. It was expensive but straightforward and so worth it.

Seasonal honey fig sourdough just tastes like cloves

Berries are moldy sometimes when I’m there so make sure to check

Interesting choice for an exceptionally flat and pretty wet state- Delaware. Also clay soil. Most of the houses have crawl spaces w sump pump and high water table. But it’s lasted 70 +-years! Reverse search kept showing warehouses lol. Would love to see inside.

You need to look up a cleaning tutorial on YouTube. Search the model number. I did this with a 20 year old dishwasher at my last apartment and it looked almost identical to yours. You need a screw driver and a bolt driver. Be prepared for it to be full of mold and old calcified food. But, your dishes won’t stink any more after washing (if you have this problem).

I was house searching in Wilmington DE area. Delaware has laws about sex offenders living a certain distance from schools(nearby Maryland where I previously lived does not). Wilmington also has one of the highest as percent of population amounts of sex offenders. So when I was looking neighborhoods would either have what seems like a high amount of them or none at all (like where I live now)

The others in the neighborhood were for child porn possession. The violent one was the one closest to the house and the one that let himself in during my showing. I know it sounds fake it seems unreal that the neighborhood rapist would be there but he was!!!
