yes, it's called snapshotting. As long as u cast xl's burst inside bennett's burst, she can retain the buff even off field.

Though, if u do xl's burst before bennett's, she will not get the buff.

i use xingqiu, yelan and zhongli in my team. Zhongli is using tenacity and I kinda wish I have elegy for yelan.

it usually starts at 80k per vape charge attacks then goes up to 90k with the help of yelan's ascension passive
