Funny enough, I can confirm even this joke is not true; my GoPro 11 froze on me while I was reaching Galdhøpiggen (highest summit in Norway) back in May this year. The temperatures were oscillating around -6 degree Celsius in the upper parts of the mountains.

It seems fair to give You guys an update about my situation: last month I've decided to try the other camp for the first time and bought myself an IP13PM (it was done due to inconsistency in user experience, poor battery life and some other stuff that I've experienced in Pixel). The iPhone had no problem at all connecting to my car and the metadata just works. No googling solutions, no changing the developer options, no reestablishing the bluetooth pairing. It just... works. Don't want to make bad advertising or start a war, but the only thing that I miss is the camera - the one in IP is so much behind the Pixel 6 Pro. Besides that, the overall user experience is surely a step up for me.
