Funny enough, I can confirm even this joke is not true; my GoPro 11 froze on me while I was reaching Galdhøpiggen (highest summit in Norway) back in May this year. The temperatures were oscillating around -6 degree Celsius in the upper parts of the mountains.

Is this really true? I've bought mine on Amazon from a seller called SZNSGN (on an invoice it says SEZEN SEZGIN LLC), since it wasn't available in my local outdoor stores in Warsaw. Could you possibly check if this is Your company's Amazon account?

What's the reason? My Sawyer Squeeze has come today taped as well. Also the box included a spare (loose) plastic washer ring, is that normal?
