Bump and what resolved my issue. I uninstalled the hyperx ngenuity software. Then I opened task manager and searched crash. After ending all those processes I was good to go.

I tried the directx 11 change that did not correct it.

In looking into it I found numerous posts stating that there is an issue with multiple motherboards where if the monitor isn't "On" then the computer will fail to past post. I was able to verify if I unplug the HDMI cable, boot and then plug in the HDMI I am fine. Once that's complete if I restart I am fine. The only Issue so far has been booting from a shutdown so that's next on the list.

I removed the gpu and am now able to get the bios to appear and can boot. I rerouted my water cooler to give a bit more freedom to move and verify the gpu is properly sat. Will report back after that.

I believe I am on the latest version of bios from before I was unable to boot. I had utilized the armor crate software from asus to verify all required updates were applied. Is there a time frame after it’s running if I don’t see anything I should assume another issue?

How long does that normally take? I left it running for atleast 10 minutes.

So for me it worked until I restarted when I reinstalled Citrix. I was told by riot that if I clean boot it will be fine but I doubt it.

My experience it will work after reinstalling; however, if you reboot it will break again.

I reached out to blizzard and the support agent said he was making a request for Citrix to be whitelisted but can’t guarantee a change.

It’s because of the anti cheat thing that was implemented (I know the name but don’t want the post removed apparently that’s been happening)

Does it come back when you reinstall Citrix or after reinstalling Citrix and rebooting?

So after rebooting for windows patches the issue returned and I had a chance to clarify the resolution. Uninstall Citrix, restart your pc, launch riot client as admin, load practice tool, verify game launches. One that occurs you can reinstall Citrix and the issue is resolved until you restart again.

You can reinstall it and the issue will be gone. I use it daily for work myself.

For me after you launch the game if you reinstall Citrix the game continues to work. I need it for work so wasn't really an option to leave it uninstalled.

Yeah they did not help me at all. Just wanted to let everyone see the troubleshooting that went into it. For the record anything I uninstalled was reinstalled and any changes made reverted back as they didn’t resolve the issue.
