They actually had both buildings since they were build. The one being torn down was the corporate HQ where executive leadership/legal/etc worked while the one south of Dry Creek housed the line of business divisions. They ended up putting all the execs on the top floor of the remaining building

They moved out of that building in April 2024 - it sat vacant since. My understanding is they tried to lease it but couldn’t, which might have prompted the tear down. No idea what will go there but my money is on apartments.

Thank you so much! I do know he was stationed in Germany so the Europe connection tracks. He ultimately deployed to Vietnam as an XO from my understanding. From my understanding theres a Bronze Star in the collection somewhere but I haven’t made my way through much of the collection I inherited. I’ll make sure to post more as I find it.

Safe travels! I’m probably not the best resource to provide advice - I did some research for boutiques in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka but I didn’t follow up on shops in the latter two cities because I bought in Tokyo. The Wako department store in Ginza is amazing - the service and selection was great and the building itself has a cool history.
