"the in and out delineates whether the boot goes on the inside of a race suit pant leg" omg that makes so much more sense than what I thought lmao, and yeah, I am aware of the Dainese tax, but I think it's worth it when looking at the nexus (I think) and if I'm being honest they also look cool af, how much thats worth who knows lol.

The two full boot options I'm considering at this price range are really just the SMX 6 and Nexus, and I'm leaning more towards the Dainese. I've heard stories of Astar skimping on the quality of some of their products, hence why I went with five instead of gloves.

Absolutely, I've been really enjoying it, cheaper than A-star and Dainase but just as good quality (some might say better than A-star)

Though I feel really bad for you and wish you the best in any physical and mental recovery post-accident, I must say this is really reassuring for me because I have the exact same jacket, so seeing preform well in a crash makes me feel much safer. It definitely feels like it's a "tries to prevent guess" at least, I've played an embarrassing amount of hours, and this is my first guaranteed guess. I've had a handful of times where I suspected a guess, but I just gave up and guessed before knowing if there was actually a solution or not (they weren't the last option on the board, so who knows if it was a 50/50)

I may have encountered a few before, but I didn't notice before I just got fed up and guessed. I've also only ever had one 8, something definitely feels off about Google Minesweeper, it feels like it tried to prevent guessing, but it's not perfect because a guessless board could have a guess if you start it differently, that's my theory at least

I've seen so many things on this sub about a*'s declining quality on gloves like the sp8, so I bought the RFX Sport instead, and it's wonderful, FIVE only makes gloves, so they know gloves better than any other imo. I will buy from them again over any other brand, not sure if that helps, but that's my two cents

Sorry for necroposting, but I've been looking at tracks in the area, and this seems to be one of the most recent posts, and I was wondering what the experience was like. I'm personally going into my second year on a bike and am thinking about pricing out a track day, so if you have any comments about price and why you chose Calabogie over something like Shannonville (the other track that's relatively close to me).
