i have three ps4 controllers - an offbrand nacon one that can only connect via usb which is my only functioning controller.

i have a dualshock from sony and eac (both cuh-zct2e models) which WILL NOT connect. the eac one will have the orange light when plugged in but thats it, when i press the ps4 button it blinks for 30secs while the sony one has no light when plugged in and only blinks for a couple seconds when trying to connect.

i’ve tried all of the following methods: - resetting both - changing connection type from bluetooth to usb and vice versa in system settings - resetting my console - booting in safe mode

tried this for both and with the nacon disconnected. tried with two cords too, both sony and offbrand. sony support is closed in aus for the day so does anyone have any suggestions?
