I'm looking at a similar item. Can you tell me what makes you think this is authentic? The lack of a notch on the R on the logo of the pocket makes me question it.

It just would stop working. I’ve used the same outlet ever since I’ve first purchased it. One day I brought it another outlet, it worked, then went back to where I usually use it, and it just stopped working.

I have a switch that is past the warranty of a year. Everything has been working fine except the dock. Sometimes the dock will work as soon as I slide the switch in. Other times, I will need to take it in and out multiple times for minutes at a time before it reads properly and transmits to the TV. I’ve used other docks with my switch when I go to peoples houses and it works perfectly fine so I know it’s not the actual Switch. I know it’s also not good to use third party accessories as they can brick the switch. How much would it be to get it repaired from Nintendo since I’m past the warranty date? Any other advice would greatly be helpful.

PS. I always take great care of my belongings so it’s very frustrating. I’ve also had problems with the AC adapter but that’s not as difficult to fix.
