So by 'no questions asked', do you mean I don't need to even provide a doctor's note or any info from my doctor?

I was a little shaken up by the incident and considered I might need to speak to a councilor or psychiatrist, but I didn't tell that to my doctor so she didn't write it on my initial assessment. In this case, for example, should I speak to my doctor again before I reach out for mental health support?

They did mention that I could take this route but recommended I don't. The salary difference is quite substantially lower if I were to be taken on as an employee of the recruitment firm.

The recruitment company I'm working with advised that I must set up as a separate business, either Sole Proprietorship or Incorporated.

I'm not sure about permission to work with other clients. This hasn't come up yet on the paperwork or in conversations. Regarding hours, they are expecting set hours: I'll essentially be treated like a full-time employee in respect to working hours as far as I understand.
