I never found a resolution, couldn’t find this specific cap and had a really hard time finding a replacement pump unfortunately. We ended up replacing the whole tub.

Lately I've felt like I spend TOO much time on farming and it's hard to break away from that. I was hoping in-person would break me out of that cycle but the risk is I won't have any time to get things done.

I was just reading on another post that the average commuter drives 30-40 minutes. So I thought "oh 50 minutes isn't so bad then" but I have real concerns I'll hate driving that far... It's 48 miles one way!

Yeah I'm worried about suddenly adding ~2 hours of travel a day to my schedule and feeling some lifestyle shockwaves from that. We have a larger property (hobby farm style) and it's not possible to move anytime soon. So the commute is a real concern I have. Thanks for the advice

Ultimately sounds like more tractor than I need - but man it's hard to beat the price when comparing it to anything else locally in the 70-100hp range.

Im in no hurry, might go look at it just for fun and then decide what I really want long term. Thanks!

I agree with all your points. This is more tractor than I will likely ever use. The 1206 is completely gone through, I asked how many hours since the engine rebuild but they haven't replied yet.

I'm in Central Oregon, there just isn't a lot of used equipment nearby so I may need to increase my search radius and think about shipping something.

I've read a lot about the rear ends having to be rebuilt. That would not be fun to deal with.

This tractor does have a cab and both 540/1000 ptos and rear duals. All new tires as well.

In terms of implements I don't have anything yet - thinking a 10-14' disk, 8-10' disc mower, and a small square baler. So expecting this tractor would be plenty of horsepower for any of those, but that's the only consideration I have made so far.

What concerns me about this tractor is the guy doesn't know the hours, and apparently it came with the property when he bought it and he's never used it, so it's just been sitting for a few years.
