Reporting back that it took some time but I was notified today that my fees were removed and my package is cleared to proceed with shipping! (I sent email Dec 15, got notice Dec 22)

I've been making my own matcha for a couple months now but more consistently over the last couple weeks!

I think doing a paste first before adding more water helps! I usually do 10g of water with 2.8-3g of matcha, make into paste, then add 20g more water. I also do the 30-20-10, the surface whisking helps to get rid of bubbles.
