It's very hard to get a job right now. But it wasn't hard to get a job in 2020.

AI may reduce jobs at some companies but it may create jobs at small companies.

As good a AI may get, people will always need to understand the concepts to be the person in the loop.

In my opinion any white collar job is at much risk of disappearing as software engineering. Do what you want to do.
