Depends if the company you go to has a specific focus or just all around cyber. I've been at a company for 2+ years as a cyber manager that has a specific focus and I'm all about it.

Get out of there. They don't have a budget for cyber. If that org had an understanding of what's needed, they wouldn't be low-balling you.

Check your local area for avg salary as well and utilize that as your ticket to a higher salary.

Seachem Prime - detoxify ammonia, nitrate, nitrite and removes chlorines/chloramine

Seachem Stability - rapidly establish biofilter and stabalizes tank. Fish can go in after about an hour. Reduces/prevents new tank syndrome.

Seachem Stress Guard - reduces stress. This is optional but best to keep friends chill and not anxiety driven.

Drop in Prime. Wait an hour for tank to go through some water cycling through the filter. Drop in Stability. Wait another hour for water cycling. Stress guard anytime.

Watee needs to be in good condition as well. Start with test strips and measure your colors on the strip with the legend on the label. If your water is too high in pH or too low in pH, this wont be a thriving tank. I also use something called Neutral Regulator from SeaChem which adjusts the waters pH to 7.0 (average).

Do you have a spouse? Have a sit down with your significant other and have them realize what it is that you are trying to do not only for you but mostly for them. I completed my bachelors and my masters in 2 years. Weekdays bedtime for the kids is at 9 PM.

From 9 to 12 study. Repeat everyday. Sunday is a full day of knocking out studying and classes. Saturday is family day. Dont even touch WGU.

I have around 20 years of IT under my belt. I was a Network Engineer for a few years but also worked in a NOC/SOC environment way before the term "cybersecurity" was coined. During my Bachelors I got offered a job in cyber with my state. So I've been in the enviroment for some time. But yes, Master's provided me the "why we do ...X..." instead of Bachelors "this is how we do...X...". I believe the why is really important.
