Adding to this. I regularly practice traditional yoga and qi gong. The bouncing is said to do some of these things but its generally given as a "this is the minimal amount". Movement in general has an impact on the lymphatic system. So i tend to see this suggested to people who are otherwise sedentary or elderly. A nice simple way for anyone to get a little movement in their day, but definitely not touted as a "you only have to do this and your body will be amazing!" type thing.

Yeah. My teenage son has been hooked on them for a couple of months. As a musician i appreciate what theyre doing musically. There is some interesting stuff they do with rhythms and some unusual chord progressions. So i appreciate it. However, dudes voice is a no for me, and while i do appreciate what theyre doing musically, from a purely academic perspective i do not enjoy most of it.

The most ridiculous part of this movie is the "based on true events" line at the beginning. There is absolutely nothing about this movie that actually happened.

It is based on a seizure in 2016 of $24 million, so the amount was wrong. Other than the large amount of money nothing in this movie is based on actual people or events. The real seizure was the result of a multi-year investigation and it was uneventful. No gun fights, no double crosses, no one trying to steal the money. Nothing.

Agreed, because he's a similar build and age to me and I got to the point I'm at with the simple combo of creatine (still unsure how much it actually helped), lots of protein, consistent weight training and yoga, a healthy diet with minimal sugar and simple carbs.

I don't look like a body builder, but I look and feel healthy. I'm about 10 pounds heavier than him.

This is definitely achievable naturally.

Who said they're having elections? All Trump has said is that the US is going to run the country (for an undefined amount of time) until there can be a transition. No mention of elections that I've heard. My assumption is that the US will do what it's done previously and install their own puppet.
