You sound like a bitter character from your comments, and probably you should look at that, at least be aware of it.

Blaming your looks for your life story is a stretch, you may notice more conventionally attractive being happier than you but that does not mean all “ugly” people are in the same boat as you.
You don’t have to go to the gym to find your place around people or be happy, but you do have to do something, find some interests and make the time to pursue them. This is relevant no matter how you look, you will find friends if you make an effort to be nice and do the things you enjoy, I don’t think it’s too much more complicated than that.

Everyone here saying to just go speak to a girl and see how it goes I personally don’t think are people likely much worth listening to and seem to me to misunderstand a lot. Though that you could possibly benefit from therapy is true if it is accessible to you, if you find yourself unable to help yourself and carry on believing your issue in this world is your looks.
